These terms apply to the Place Bank app and placebank.app. By using them you agree to these terms.
Using Place Bank
Place Bank is provided free for your personal use. Save and share only content you are allowed to, and do not use share links or group trips to publish anything unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights. Links that break these terms may be removed.
Information in the app
Addresses, opening hours, features, photos, journey times and descriptions are gathered automatically from Apple Maps, AI, venue websites, OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia and Google, and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters, such as opening hours, bookings or accessibility, with the venue before you go. Links to Airbnb, Booking.com, Google and other sites go to services Place Bank does not control.
Your content
What you save stays yours. When you share a list, trip or link, you let Place Bank store and show it to the people you share it with.
No warranty
Place Bank is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Ed Halvey is not liable for any loss from using it or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above will change. The law of Western Australia applies.
